Insurance:
We accept most insurance and we will be happy to assist in any authorization processes.

Appointments:
Patients are referred to the North Fulton Anesthesia Associates by primary care physicians, neurosurgeons, neurologists, orthopedists, oncologists and general surgeons. Physicians can fax over a referral form along with the patients medical records for review by our physicians. Once these have been received, our receptionist will set up an appointment for an initial evaluation.

Patients can expect to be seen for an initial visit lasting approximately 30-45 minutes; may be scheduled for a series of injections (3) over a period of several months; and may be followed regularly for medication management if it is deemed appropriate for their treatment.
